Whether through individual or group mindful meditation practice, or bathing in the therapeutic resonances of my sound baths, my goal is to help you find greater peace and understanding of self. I love facilitating these moments in nature whenever possible so as to reestablish and deepen your connection with Mother Earth, as well.

Nature Meditation
“Of all the many meaningful and moving mediations you have shared with us, perhaps the one that resonated the most for me was one you gave on Earth Day. On that day, your mediation encouraged us to “feel the earth,” and we joyfully joined you by baring our feet. It had rained the evening before, so the earth was soft and the air was fragrant. That meditation was also a perfect example of how you almost always connect your words to important teachings or principles. That day you shared words from the immortal Thich Nhất Hạnh.
